Diameter Control Sliding Scale

To optimize the prescription result with steeper curved frame selections a suggested base curve is recommended. If a base curve lens clock is not available to measure the front curve of the demo lenses in your frame, you also can use the image provided to gather closest matched curve. Place the right side of the frame down on the image that best matches the demo lens steepness and denote this information on your order.

Tint Color Scale

• Categories 0, 1, and 2 can be requested 10% lighter or darker.
• When Optilax coating is applied to tinted lenses, the tint color may vary and be received in the lighter version of the color ordered.
• After tinting Optilax coated lenses, altering the tint is no longer possible.
• The tint color scale is for the standard index lenses and may vary according to higher index materials.
• Category 4 color tones are not recommended for glasses used while driving motor vehicles.
• Category 1, 2, 3 color tones are not recommended for glasses used while driving a motor vehicle in the evening.
• Printed colors may differ from the actual colors of the glass.
